Monday will be a busy day for gubernatorial candidate Charlie Crist, as the Republican-turned-Democrat is attending three early vote events.

Focus on South Florida: Souls to the Polls

Election day is November 4th. Early voting is already underway, and so is a sweeping call to action by a state senator from Broward County. “Souls to the Polls” is a non-partisan movement to get out the vote. Locally its goal is to remind 74-thousand eligible African-American voters of their obligation to vote and to help make sure they do. We focus on the push to engage potential voters and an upcoming “Souls to the Polls” event.

Rev. Sharpton Ushers In Early Voters For ‘Souls To The Polls’

Thousands of Hispanic, Caribbean and African-American voters across Florida will head to polling precincts starting Saturday to usher in Souls to the Polls Weekend, as the state’s Early Voting period begins.
