If you can stop a hockey puck, the Florida Panthers desperately need to talk to you. The Panthers went to Washington hoping to right the ship, but instead were blown off the ice by the Washington Capitals, 7-1.
Canadiens Put Down Panthers, 1-0
The Florida Panthers had the opportunity to right the ship against an equally struggling Montreal Canadiens team Thursday night at the BB&T Center. Instead, solid goaltending and a quick score in overtime gave the Canadiens the victory in overtime, 1-0.
