Parents Of Trayvon Martin Settle Lawsuit With Sanford Housing Community

A confidential settlement was reached in the wrongful death claim between the parents of a Miami teenager and the homeowners association of the Florida subdivision where their son was killed.

Tamarac Doc’s License Suspended; 12 YO’s Pregnancy Not Reported

The medical license of Tamarac obstetrician Michael Benjamin was suspended indefinitely Saturday by the Florida Board of Medicine for failure to report the pregnancy of a 12-year-old patient as possible child abuse.
