An attempted bank robber didn’t get what he wanted from a Chase bank. His demands for cash were denied by the bank teller behind bulletproof glass. What possibly makes this case one for the “dumb criminal” file is that in his alleged efforts to rob the bank, police said he not only left behind a note with his demands, but also his name.
