Dachshund Walk Was Canine Kickoff To Key West New Year’s Eve

If every dog has its day, for 227 dachshunds in Key West that “day” is New Year’s Eve, when the canines and their human companions staged the annual Key West Dachshund Walk in the island city’s Old Town.



Father Charged in Stabbing 6-year-old Son

A father who was treated for mental illness six weeks ago was jailed Saturday for allegedly stabbing his 6-year-old son more than 20 times.
