Multiple Sclerosis is an auto-immune disease that affects the brain and spinal cord. The cause is not clear and there is no cure. The MS Walk Miami raises money for research to find a cure, CBS4 is a sponsor. Eliott Rodriguez returns as the event emcee. We focus on spreading awareness of this killer disease and the upcoming walk.

Annette Funicello, Mouseketeer & Film Star Dies

Annette Funicello, who became a child star as a perky, cute-as-a-button Mouseketeer on “The Mickey Mouse Club” in the 1950s, then teamed up with Frankie Avalon in a string of ’60s fun-in-the-sun movies with titles like “Beach Blanket Bingo” and “Bikini Beach,” died Monday. She was 70.
