CBS4 Investigates: Is Medicaid Fraud Part Of A Shortcut To Citizenship?

Florida’s senior senator is calling for a federal investigation, after our story on the birth tourism businesses that are springing up between Miami and Moscow. The agencies cater to wealthy and middle class women from former Soviet Bloc countries who want to give birth to an instant American citizen. But it’s the potential for Medicaid fraud that CBS4 investigates has uncovered, that is prompting the most outrage, reports CBS4 Anchor Rick Folbaum.
