MIAMI - MAY 25:  Cruise ships dock at the Port of Miami May 25, 2003 in Miami, Florida. These ships are docked along the waterway known as Government Cut which is the home to many cruise ships and container ships. Statistics for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2002, show that passenger traffic at the Port of Miami was up 7.4 percent from last year with 3,642,990 people cruising the high seas.
