Thousands Meet In Key West For Fantasy Fest

The wet weather went away with perfect timing as Key West’s wacky Fantasy Fest celebration is underway. The event features 10 days of masking and costuming balls, lively street parties and costume contests for those who want to make a splash in the island city.
