Graduation Day For Newly Trained Police Bloodhounds

Several South Florida law enforcement agencies will soon have some new four-legged officers on the force. Thursday, four bloodhounds and their trainers are graduating from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Bloodhound Academy.

Man Accused Of Trying To Drown Police Dog

A Miami Gardens man is facing a host of charges after he allegedly tried to drown a police dog. Around 5:20 a.m. Wednesday, the Broward Sheriff’s Office received a call about a burglary in progress at “The Oaks” condominiums on Stirling Road in Dania Beach.

Tamarac Sailor Dies From Injuries Sustained In Blast

The family of a South Florida Naval officer is mourning their loss. Thirty three year old MA2 Michael J. Brodsky died from wounds he received in a blast from a “dismounted improvised explosive device,” according to the Department of Defense.
