Rubio Nixes Nomination Of Openly Gay Judge

Senator Marco Rubio withdrew his support for Judge William Thomas’ nomination to the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida despite having backed the nomination more than 10 months ago, according to the New York Times.

Trial Date Set For Driver In Fatal Rickenbacker Hit & Run

A July 9th trial date has been set for Michele Traverso who is charged with leaving the scene of an accident where cyclist Aaron Cohen was fatally injured in February on the Rickenbacker Causeway.
