Expect a wet and windy week ahead as plenty of deep tropical moisture builds in across South Florida Tuesday and over the next few days.
It was a very wet and messy Monday across South Florida. Ft. Lauderdale picked up 4.86 inches of rain, breaking the old record of 2.04 inches set back in 1981; Miami received 3.96 inches of rain; and West Palm Beach picked up 6.73 inches of rain.
South Florida is in store for another stormy day. For the 5th day in a row, storms will fire up here in South Florida.

Heavy thunderstorms have been rolling across South Florida for most of the day Thursday. The storms have produced torrential downpours and possibly even a tornado in Boca Raton.
