An FBI agent who killed a friend of one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects will not face any criminal charges.
A friend of one of the two brothers suspected in the Boston Marathon bombings was shot to death early Wednesday morning in Orlando.
Twenty-five years ago, FBI agents Ben Grogan and Jerry Dove died in a vicious gun battle with two heavily armed suspected bank robbers. It’s described as the bloodiest shootout in FBI history. Today, the FBI will hold a memorial service.
