Earlier this year, Miami-Dade engineers sounded the alarm over some local bridges that are actually crumbling into the ocean. Now, documents uncovered by CBS4 reveals another set of bridges that are supposedly next to crumble and the tab to fix them is much bigger. In a panic, nearly $31 million dollars was shelled out for emergency repairs. Now documents uncovered by CBS4 reveal another set of bridges supposedly next to crumble and the tab to fix it is much bigger.

What’s Lurking Below Bear Cut Bridge?

Drivers visiting Key Biscayne may be surprised by a twenty-five cent increase at the toll. The county raised the toll this month after declaring an emergency because part of the Bear Cut Bridge is at risk of collapsing into the ocean.
