Nebraska Knocks Off Georgia, 24-19 In Gator Bowl

Tommy Armstrong Jr. connected with Quincy Enunwa for two touchdowns, including a 99-yarder in the third quarter, and Nebraska held on to beat No. 23 Georgia 24-19 in the rain-soaked Gator Bowl on Wednesday.

UM Athletic Director Leaves For Nebraska

The University of Miami’s athletic department took another blow Thursday as athletic director Shawn Eichorst resigned. The resignation comes as the school is preparing for NCAA sanctions as a result of the Nevin Shapiro allegations.

FAU Hires Carl Pelini As New Head Coach

The Florida Atlantic Owls decided to go defense in their head coaching search and landed one of the better defensive coordinators in football. Monday, the FAU Board of Trustees approved Carl Pelini to be the next head coach of the Owls.
