One of the most maddening things you can deal with as a consumer is what to do when you have a complaint. Who do you turn to? It turns out there’s a growing industry that is making it much easier for consumers to finally get some action when they’ve been wronged.

American Airlines & US Airways Announce Merger

Citrix Named Among “50 Best Places To Work In 2013″

When a company gets referrals from its employees to work there, it’s perhaps the most telling measure of how that company treats its own. If you believe that’s the case, then Fort Lauderdale-based Citrix just won the “granddaddy of referrals” award.
