More than 30 counties in the state of Florida will not hold the maximum amount of early voting hours, according to Secretary of State Kent Detzner. But, those counties not taking part in full voting hours will not include Broward, Palm Beach, or Miami-Dade.
Early voting started Saturday in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, which joined Monroe County, where voters have already been voting for a week. It was a slow start.
As the South Carolina comes to an end Saturday, early voting in the Sunshine State will be just getting underway for the January 31 primary.
