Jameis Winston left voters no choice but to give him the Heisman Trophy. And like every other Florida State victory this season, it was a blowout.
Florida State star Jameis Winston has won the Davey O’Brien Award, given to the nation’s top quarterback.
The Heisman Trophy will be presented Saturday evening in New York City. Winston’s name should be at the top of the list as college football’s most impressive player from the start of the season through the championship games. Everything else after that is purely a guess.

When Alabama took its opening drive and ran right through Notre Dame’s defense in the BCS National Championship Game Monday night, little did the more than 80,000 fans at Sun Life Stadium know it was the beginning of a massive crimson tidal wave.
