The counting of absentee ballots at Miami-Dade Elections headquarters has wrapped up. “I’m pleased to announce that Miami-Dade County is the first of the large counties to complete it’s tabulation process,” announced Miami-Dade Supervisor of Elections Penelope Townsley.
