This co. has just charged me $216.04 with no explantion. I can not get a straight answer from cust. ser.or the superviser.

My bills are up to 540 a month, more than my FPL. When I call they magically say I have extra services that I never ordered. My bill goes down hundreds of dollars for a month and then right back up. They charge you a month in advance so you are never caught up. Once I find good internet somewhere, I’m gone!
AT&T is just as bad.
