I have a water leak from the outside of my aparment and is destroying the wall and carpet, the humidity is also making wife ill. I contacted the HOA and they said that they can't do a thing, what rights do I have.
Get a copy of the condo docs….. if it is outside of your unit or in the wall the HOA is most likely responsible but it depends on your docs….your insrance most likely pats for repairs to walls and carpets inside…but they should pay to fix the leak in most situations….
