Al, could you expose what is going on with Wells Fargo? .
My husband and I have been trying unsucessfully since February to refinance our condo with Wells Fargo, every week or every other week they request more paper work and more money. We are on the last two weeks to be able to refinance at 3.00 % We have tried everything even changing loan officers and complaining to management. Please help. Don’t know what else to do. My husband is 69 and I am 56 We believe they just don’t want to refinance.
That’s exactly what they’ve been doing to me.
