I am a disabled woman on a poverty income. I own my home and it is paid for. However, I do not have the income for the up keep. My roof needs to be replaced. I am unable to get a second mortgage due to prior credit problems that raised from my health. I am desperate, I am aware of grant from the government for people such as myself. Can you please assist me in finding how to get a grant. I also am quite ashamed to say,I am way behind my property taxes and do not have home owners insurance! In the middle of hurricane season, I fear I will loose everything! I just do not have the income. Please help. Sincerely, Esther Fossler
