can anyone stop these greedy attorneys?
Hi This is the second time it happened to me. . , once in couple years, a “slow” attorney decided to make money and use the system for his own financial gain. The suing attorney, sues many establishments, restaurants, bars, shopping etc. He is using a handy cap person, to sue all these establishments. In my first case, the plaintiff never actually visited the shopping center. Since these cases will required any establishment to hire an attorney which will cost more then to settle the case, most cases settle before getting to court. When you sue and settle with 100 establishments… you do the math. If anyone really cares about ADA violations, they should give any establishment 30 days to cure, and then sue if nothing was done. Apparently, this is not the reason for these massive laws sued. Is anyone going to stop theses greedy attorneys? David Bouganim 954-322-4242
