Several weeks ago you reported on Samsong TV breaking down. I have a 40" Samsong and it stopped working the TV was fixed (no Charge). about 9 mons later it stoopped working again so I'm interested in learning the latest on getting it repaired. who to call or if I should file a report.

Suggest that you contact them and request (strongly) that they fix it with original parts rather than aftermarket parts. My daughter was an absolute bulldog about this as their TV was breaking down frequently, once the day after it was fixed, and found out that they were using aftermarket. Once the original part was put in, they had no more problems.
