Can a credit Card Company garnish your wages when there was no paperwork or signature to do that?
Could not afford to pay a credit company. They pursue me for payment on the credit card. An attorneys got a jugdment to garnish my wages for a part time job that i currently working. This was done without my conscent. Does credit company have the right to garnish my wages when i am the only one working currently.

I love all the bands that you letisd, they are pretty much on rotation all the time on the ipod. Another band (that unfortunately is no longer) that I listen to along these lines are Godspeed You! Black Emporer . Weird name, amazing music.Also God is an Astronaut is a wonderful band too.
