To whom can I report a harassing collections agency that has called me 10+ times, even though I have told them that the person they seek is not at this number? I have requested that my number be removed from their records, which they agreed to do, but still call me. How do I get these calls to stop?

I have little faith in various service agencies. My suggestion is a small claims law suit. These are fast, easy and inexpensive.
Tell them to go %#$&*@ themselves and get a new phone number!
