To little information. If someone is in danger or has to do with the welfare of a child, there are the agencies to call. Other than that I would leave it alone. If the police can do nothing about it not likely you can do much.
What are you wanting to do turn someone in for growing pot? Go drink a beer and take a prozac and call a shrink in the morning. Clearly you need one and who ever wrote this for sure needs to visit a shrink. Stop becoming government snitches!
Don’t be so quick to judge “B”. This forum only gives you limited characters and this person might not have had room for details. If the problem is serious and this person is genuinely worried about the safety of a child for example, I wouldn’t call them a “scumbag rat”. The police have to witness the activity. They can make checks at the residence and/or watch for activity there. If you’re really worried about a child call DCF.
