Permanent Residency Card
I have a handy man who who will be having a hearing in November along with family for permanent residency to become a US citizen. He has scammed me out of a lot of money, a loan he signed in February and never paid any money each month as required. I do not know which immgration judge will be handling the case, he has had the same one for the last couple years is all I know. I want him to know what is happening. I know there is a courthouse in Miami that handles these cases. What address and to whom in immgration in Dade County can I send a letter stating what is happening. I would like to send the letter to the judges handling the immgration hearings. Is there someone a secretary or can I talk to the judge to explain the situation? The hearing is in downtown Miami November this all I know. I don’t want to write to Washington. The immgration phone line has no customer service with a live person just a tape. Thank you.
