You are wrong… Sorry…I saw on TV CBS, July 21,2011- the Air Force is on that plane. They use the flights for training coming from Youngstown, Ohio.

No. The C-130 plane you see is managed by Miami-Dade county, but it is the same type of plane used by the air force.
