There is NO LAW! You can yap and text away all you want while driving. You are free to be distracted so much that you are likely to lose your concentration and possibly kill or cripple some poor, unsuspecting child. “kudos” to State Representative Richard L. Steinberg who co-sponsored legislation (CS/HB 41 – Use of Wireless Communications Devices While Driving) that supports such a law. When will we ever learn?
