You still make no sense From what you write the peson(s) who beat yu up should be in jail not you. I repeat, you must have a lawyer. If you cannot afford one you would be entitled to a public defender. GET A LAWYER!!!!!
I think it’d ssirrpue a lot of people but what you wear doesn’t have to show what you listen to! Just because you wish to listen to kids in glass houses doesn’t mean you have to dress emo or because you listen to marilyn manson your not a goth! Wear whatever you want and don’t let people try and make you change!
Something is missing here. If you were beat up while restrained in handcuffs, why did you go to jail? There is either some key missing facts here or a grave miscarriage of justice. The answer to your question is: Hire a lawyer or if you cannot get one ask for a public defender. Also check out victims’s assistance programs from the state of Florida.
i was held at gun point in front of my own home. Beat up brutally while in handrestraints, in front of the neighbors and placed in jail. I was unable to post bail nor my mother. So now i am on house arrest until my court date. I need some advise. My neihbors arent all that credible.
