Another thing you forgot is the FIRST Amendment giving us the RIGHT to FREE SPEECH!!Many latinos speak English. Both parts of this question are wrong. Perhaps 60% of Miami is Spanish speaking but most of them also speak English. Also, the U.S. does not have an official language.
It’s not frustrating to me cause I speak other languages besides English and Spanish. I believe people should make an effort to learn English, but unfortunately some don’t want to learn,and some cannot due to medical,low intelligence or other issues. As a person with an open mind,I enjoy hearing other languages and try to pick up and learn other languages to be able to communicate better with people. Inmy line of work knowing other languages is a plus.

Not true, Florida’s constitution (yes, we have one too) states that ENGLISH is the official language of the State of Florida
