I am a 49 year old man who started with Blue Cross 9 years ago paying $150 monthly premiums for their HOM care. Since this time, I was most recently paying $553 per month. On April 2nd, I received a letter stating I’d be bumped to $584 per month or 5.6% increase. Then yesterday, I received a letter dated May 11th informing me the rate would now be $684 per month or a 17% increase. I wasn’t sure what the rate cap is for insurance and why as a person that is proper weight, non-smoker, drinker that my premiums have increased 332% in 9 years. I need help. This represents over 30% of my net income just to pay for medical insurance.

Do you mean a money order it looks similar to a check, but you puarchse it and fill in your address? If this is what you mean, then no, you cannot use it online.Usually, the only things you can use online to puarchse any item would be a credit card, debit card that doubles as a credit card (it must have an expiration date a visa/mastercard/another c.c. logo and a three or four digit security code on back), pay pal (though I am not sure if you can use this to buy plane tickets), or a prepaid credit card (if you go this route, make sure they can be used online not all can).
AL I need you to help me with my money orders that two conpanys lost Chase Bank,and the city of laudrehill both money orders total $ 453.44 Chase claim that thet didn’t get the affidavit that I sent in the mail, and the supervisor at the city of Lauderhill claim that they can’t see the back of the money order please help me,

I have a problem with the city of lauderhill utility department and chase bank the lost my money order, the city of lauderhill money was lost in 2-12-12 they never found where it is and chase was lost in1-16-12 all together I lost $453.44 dollars i have all my copys and I need your help asap.Thank you
