If the 20 year old woman who claims that Justin Bieber is the father of her child, isn't she admitting to statutory rape? Why has no one even mentioned this? He was only 16 when this alledgedly happened.

He actually forcibly raped her! He should be in Prision as she is coverig for him! She had bruising and all the signs of rape when the rape test was done on her!! Beiber is a RAPIST!!

It depends on the law in the state where this happened. States have different laws about the age of consent. Also, there is no complaining victim, as he said it never happened.

A complaining victim is not required to investigate a crime, though there usually is one. While the 5th amendment would prevent her own statement from being used against her effectively in court, it is certainly good enough for the police to get a warrant for DNA testing.

Presumably the issue is the police have more important things to do than harass mentally ill bimbos. After all, if she’s just nuts it will go away, if there is truth to it she’ll get DNA testing ordered to prove paternity and the police can get involved at that point.
