We are a group of neightbors in SW 16 Street, that have been asking FP & Light Company to finally replace about 3 rotten electric poles situated in our patios , and we do not receive any answer or any respond from FP &L. Even their own engineers told us that especially the pole on my patio is ROTTEN, and might cause a fire. we are very afraid.

  1. Is there anyone that can and will donate enough indoor white or off white house paint so I can paint the badly needed inside of this house and make it a clean comfortable home for my grand children to come home to. I do not want to go into the embarassing details but need the paint donated and this will be greatly appreciated by the whole family. Thank you to anyone that can help us and just hope and pray somebody can and will help. I know we need about 5 gallons to do the entire inside and think it would take more but I will do the most important rooms first and leave my room undone untill kids and living room is done. Thank you again

  4. I am a disabled woman on a poverty income. I own my home and it is paid for. However, I do not have the income for the up keep. My roof needs to be replaced. I am unable to get a second mortgage due to prior credit problems that raised from my health. I am desperate, I am aware of grant from the government for people such as myself. Can you please assist me in finding how to get a grant. I also am quite ashamed to say,I am way behind my property taxes and do not have home owners insurance! In the middle of hurricane season, I fear I will loose everything! I just do not have the income. Please help. Sincerely, Esther Fossler
