  1. if a company application clearly states background check for last 7 years and the send a denial letter for employment because they found a charge 16 years back can i file a EEOC charge against the company?

I am a Miami Resident, who went to the polls with patience, why in the world would people wait til Election Day to request or return an Absentee Ballot when the deadline was broadcast weeks before. Why would a voter complain about waiting in line or get to the voting machine and rush the machine, then it jams they say oh the machines aren't working and be rude to the Staff. I tell this to the Mayor, Supervisor of Elections and Staff, you did a good job dispite the greivances voters had/have against the Elections Department. We leave home uneducated about the issues on the ballot, regardless of the numerous correspondence handed out to help educate the voter prior to coming to the polls. GET OVER YOURSELVES PEOPLE, WE COMPLAIN AND POINT FINGERS AT EVERYONE ELSE BUT OURSELVES. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET AN ABSENTEE BALLOT ON SUNDAY, MONDAY OR TUESDAY.

  3. While browsing the internet, I recently say where you answered a question (last year) regarding the Air Force spraying for mosquitoes. You answered that the planes are the same 'type' as those flown for the air force, but that the planes were managed by Miami-Dade. This is incorrect information. They Counties that are being sprayed suppoy the request this service, and supply the chemical, but it is actually the Air Force that does the flying. They do not belong to Miami-Dade, and fly these missions in others states as well. They belong to the Air Force Reserves Youngstown Air Base.   4. Recently when he tried to efile his tax return my son found he was the victim of id theft. We tried to contacft congress woman Wasserman Schulz but could not since we are not in her district. We could like to know what steps are recomended since the article that we read in the SunSentinel profiled her fight butgave no specifics as to what to do.t

  5. You said in previous answer that Miami Dade has a noise ordinance and prohibits certain noises between 8 PM and 7 AM. What about landscaping and leaf-blowers used during the weekend? Namely Sunday evening? IS there any help with that? Someone I can complain to?
