This Kellyanne Conway Picture Is Causing An Uproar Online

WASHINGTON (CBSMiami/AP) — Photos of White House adviser Kellyanne Conway are causing an uproar online.
The pictures of Conway kneeling on an Oval Office couch with her shoes on, her knees apart, while fiddling with her cell phone have sparked an online debate about decorum in the executive mansion and Conway's judgement.
Conway is seen perched on her knees on the couch with her feet under her in photos taken Monday while President Donald Trump met with leaders of historically black colleges and universities. Conway took at least one photo or video from her position on the couch.

Some Twitter users were quick to highlight the photos as evidence of a lack of respect for the office from Conway and the Trump administration. Other users have countered with numerous photos of former President Barack Obama with his feet up on the Oval Office desk.
Photos of former Presidents Obama, George W. Bush, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter and John F. Kennedy, however, with their feet up on their desks, were taken by Whitehouse photographers during private moments in the Oval Office with staff. The photo of Conway on the couch, her leg's apart in an above-the-knees dress, was taken at a major event in an Oval Office packed with dignitaries.
At a shopping center in Pinecrest Tuesday, CBS4 News showed the Conway photo to shoppers, most of whom had already seen it as it swept social media sites.
"Oh, nice. Nice," said Barbara Perez, sarcastically. "That's not professional at all."
"I just think it's terrible," said Ron Wells, who said his wife showed him the photo on their computer Tuesday morning. "I mean that's absolutely incredible that she would be doing that," Wells said.
"It's very disrespectful, very disrespectful," said Shirley Ferguson. "It doesn't look good."
Karen Billskoog said she voted for President Trump, but said Conway should have been more discreet, given her frequent role as surrogate for the president.
"I don't think that might be the most appropriate way of being in the Oval Office," Billskoog said.
It is not Conway's first gaffe. She told a national cable television audience about a terrorist massacre in Bowling Green, KY, and later admitted that the massacre never happened. She reported that former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn had the full support of President Trump, just hours before the president fired Flynn. Conway was chastised by the Whitehouse for inappropriately talking up the clothing line of Ivanka Trump, the president's daughter.
Conway has yet to weigh in on the criticism about the photo, and the Whitehouse has had no comment, as well.
