Jim and his guest discuss the implications of the announcement this past week by the South Florida-based Carnival Corporation, that it plans to eliminate 200 well-paying, white collar jobs from its I-T department, jobs critics say will make their way overseas where they will be handled by cheaper, foreign labor.

This is symptomatic of a scenario being played out at corporations across the country.
