Miami Hurricanes head basketball coach, Jim Larranaga joined the Joe Rose Show on 560 WQAM to discuss the team’s recent play, including Tuesday’s win over South Carolina State. He also talks about how well freshman Bruce Brown has been playing.

On freshman Bruce Brown- “Bruce Brown’s triple-double last night was just the second in school history.”

On Miami’s offense so far this season- “Offensively we’re a work in progress. We have a lot of new guys getting to know each other and how they like to play.”

On what the Canes need to work on- “We’re turning the ball over way too much, we tried 4 lob passes yesterday and all 4 went out of bounds. We need to just continue to bond and get a feel for one another.”
