WEST PALM BEACH (CBSMiami/AP) — A change of venue is being sought by attorneys for a woman accused of hired a hit man to kill her husband.

On Friday, attorney Brian Claypool told Judge Glenn Kelley that too many prospective jurors for Dalia Dippolito's retrial have an opinion of her guilt.

Most of 100 potential jurors interviewed Thursday told Kelley they knew about the case. Another 100 potential jurors were being screened Friday and final selections are scheduled for Monday. Kelley will rule on the motion Monday.

Dippolito was arrested in 2009, and her case was featured on the TV show "Cops." An appellate court threw out a 2011 conviction.

Prosecutors allege Dippolito offered an undercover police officer $7,000 to kill her then-husband. She says she was just acting and didn't really want her husband dead.
