MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Some rowdy Dolphins fans caught on camera in an upper deck brawl at Hard Rock Stadium have been benched.

The fans were caught on a cell phone camera throwing punches in the stands last Sunday when the Fins took on the San Francisco 49ers.

"Go back to New York. Leave, go to another country," someone is heard saying on the video. "You know, take your Muslim quarterback."

The fan who shot the video doesn't want to identified. He's said two drunk Dolphins fans were the instigators.

"And as you can see in the video, the guy in the Suh jersey, of course, ended up landing punches to the 49er people's face and also right next to a woman holding a small child," he said.

The man who was assaulted doesn't fight back as a woman holding a small child tried to get the attackers to stop.

When the fight and video were brought to the attention of the Dolphins organization they took action.

"We conducted an immediate internal review of the situation and have identified the season ticket members who were involved in the incident. Their season tickets have been revoked and they have been banned from the stadium. We work hard to remind fans that we want this to be a safe environment and this type of behavior and conduct is not acceptable."

What's disturbing to the man who shot the video is that it took security a long time to get to their section.

By the time they arrived, the guilty party was long gone.

The man, who was with his daughter, said they should be able to go to a game without seeing adults acting like kids.
