MIAMI (CBSMiami) – There are disturbing allegations Wednesday night involving two incidents of sexual battery at a daycare in Little Haiti.

City of Miami police say Emmanuel Ogunmodede, 16, was arrested for both incidents at Bola Learning Center off NE 1st Avenue and 80th Terrace.

"Detectives have arrested him back in 2014 and two years later, a few months ago, we arrested him again on similar charges," said Miami Police Officer Kenia Fallat.

According to the arrest affidavit, in 2014 a 5-year-old girl came forward saying Ogunmodede, who was 14 at the time, had forced her to perform oral sex on him in the bathroom at Bola Learning Center. Ogunmodede was arrested then.

Fast forward to July of this year and police say a second victim came forward.  Ogunmodede was once again arrested.

"Detectives only learned about the second just a few months ago after the child turned 5 years old and came forward with these allegation," said Fallat.

City of Miami police are not able to disclose what Ogunmodede was doing in the daycare due to the pending investigation.

They do say, however, detectives have been working to find out if there are more victims out there and they're reaching out to the public now to see if that's the case.

"Detectives wholeheartedly believe that there may be more victims that have not come forward and if they have fallen prey to him, we're asking them to come forward now," said Fallat.

CBS4 News reached out to the daycare but did not hear back from anyone.

If you have any information in the case, contact Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at (305) 471-TIPS.
