Miami Shores Mayor Robbed Near Coffee Shop

MIAMI SHORES (CBSMiami/AP) — The mayor of Miami Shores fought back after she was robbed by two teens.
The teenagers snatched Mayor Alice Burch's purse Tuesday night near a Starbucks on NE 2nd Avenue. Burch chased after them and tried to grab them, but was thrown to the ground. The teens then drove away in a getaway car.
Police were able to find the teens and arrest them. They believe at least one more person might have been involved in the robbery.
