MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Voters in Florida’s 23rd Congressional District have re-elected Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Republican Joe Kaufman challenged the incumbent Congresswoman for the seat, which covers parts of Broward County and Miami-Dade County.
The two disagreed on almost every issue.
It’s been a tumultuous year for the Weston wife and mother. Wasserman Schultz had been the most prominent member of Florida’s House delegation, serving as chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee. But her leadership came under fire and she was forced to resign her position as head of the DNC after an uproar over thousands of leaked emails revealed efforts to derail the Bernie Sanders presidential campaign.
For the love of God… WHY!?
How could this possibly happen?
Are voters really that uninformed?
Debbie Wasserman Schulz does NOT deserve this win, after what she did to Bernie Sanders by black-balling him and knifing him in the back. Bernie could have turned this country “blue” !!!
How the hell did she win????
When President Obama asks you to resign from the DNC, that should be the end of your career!
Who voted for the crook that handed the the entire game to the other side
???
She should be in jail! Hers’ is the face I blame most for president elect Trump.
Well the 23rd district of Florida must consist of the biggest hypocrites in the liberal wing.
Caught rigging another election yet she won this???
Her top four appointees at the DNC resigned after getting caught in nasty business against Bernie.
The 2016 election should be rewound and restarted. This time, legitimately.
