TAMPA (CBSMiami/AP) — Another deadly crash took place on one of Florida's busiest highways.

A Bartow man and his two children are dead after the car he was driving flipped off of an Interstate 75 overpass near Tampa and burst into flames.

The Florida Highway Patrol reports the mother of the two children survived the early Sunday morning accident.

Killed was 31-year-old Ronald Green II, his 9-year-old daughter Sariyah and 5-year-old son Ronald III. The children's mother, 26-year-old Tiffany Young, was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.

The parents weren't wearing seatbelts and were ejected from the car after it hit a concrete barrier and fell onto a road underneath the overpass. The children were restrained and in the car when it caught fire.

Investigators are trying to determine if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
