Pit Bull With Broken Leg In Dire Need Of Adoption

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – It's day 53 in a shelter for Mo, a 5-year-old pit bull with a broken leg.

LifeIsGoodWithDogs says Mo is "extremely sweet and friendly."

They said while he can walk fine, his left hind leg stands completely different.

But even with his paw problem, the group said he "greets you with a wagging tail and kisses."

Miami-Dade Animal Services is located at 3599 NW 79 Ave. in Doral.

The shelter has over 500 pets waiting to be adopted, rescued or fostered.

Please be aware, pit bulls are banned in Miami-Dade County. We urge all residents to check their local laws on this particular breed.
