SCOUTING: Cerra has emerged as one of the top kicking prospects this season as he makes the move from Taravella, where he followed in the footsteps of his brother, who made moved to the next level. He has incredible accuracy and leg strength. We had the pleasure of not only watching him during the season, but also had a chance to watch him perform at one of the elite kicking showcases nationally. His hard work and dedication have put him in a position where he will be nationally-rated next season, putting more work in and attending showcase competition, competing against other top-flight special teams prospects. Cerra is a big-time young man who will get a lot of interest.
