MIAMI (CBSMiami) — A 36-year-old Miami man is in police custody accused of shooting and killing his own stepfather.
Danilo Saavedra was charged with second degree murder after officers arrived at his home on N.W. 40th Avenue and 5th Street to discover the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
According to Miami Police, Saavedra and his stepfather had been involved in “several arguments within the past several months.”
Neighbors heard the two arguing loudly before shots were fired.
