With the Miami Hurricanes and the Miami Dolphins hosting the University of North Carolina and the Pittsburgh Steelers respectively this weekend at Hard Rock Stadium, we take a look at the football players, from Miami-Dade and Broward who will have a homecoming.

The game against the Tar Heels bring back a number of Floridians to the Sunshine State, but just two athletes from South Florida:

Jordan Cunningham, WR, Jr., University School (Vanderbilt)

Jason Strowbridge, DE, Fr., Deerfield Beach


On Sunday, the impressive Steelers come to town with a number of difference makers, who began their careers on youth and high school football fields in Miami-Dade and Broward.
